Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a District Manager, Oncology Solid Tumor GU to be based in Arizona or New Mexico. You will lead district strategy, supervise sales specialists, and coach teams to align with patient-focused outcomes.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, willingness to travel up to 50%, and a Bachelor's degree (MS/MBA/PhD preferred). The position supports field-based execution across AZ/NM with enterprise collaboration.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment and team development is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead district strategy and develop a coordinated district business plan.
• Drive district performance for GU portfolio with approved products.
• Supervise Sales Specialists including hiring, onboarding and performance management.
• Provide field and virtual coaching to improve selling effectiveness.
• Coordinate demand generation and care transitions with local hospitals.
• Maintain expert knowledge of GU guidelines to inform customer interactions.
• Analyze district performance and convert insights into actionable priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs and Marketing for aligned execution.
• Set clear performance expectations and foster accountability and inclusion.
• Adhere to healthcare compliance and use AI-enabled tools responsibly.
