Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a District Manager, Oncology Solid Tumor GU to be based in the Arizona or New Mexico region. The role leads a district, develops a customer-driven strategy, and ensures execution aligned with GU portfolio priorities.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (MS/MBA/PhD preferred), up to 50% travel, and relocation as needed. You will coach a team of Sales Specialists and collaborate across Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to improve patient

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred (MS, MBA, PhD).
Proven track record in pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare sales with cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to travel up to 50% and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of district strategy and a coordinated business plan.
Drive district performance for GU portfolio including products like ERLEADA®, INXLEXZO™, BALVERSA®.
Supervise Sales Specialists: hiring, onboarding, performance management, compensation.
Provide field-based and virtual coaching to improve selling and clinical execution.
Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to deliver coordinated execution.
