Job summary

Exa, headquartered in San Francisco, seeks a technically fluent Enablement leader to own onboarding and everboarding for the GTM team. You’ll design sessions, materials, and assessments to ramp AEs and FDEs with real fluency, not just familiarity.

You’ll translate platform capabilities into field-ready content, develop demo scenarios, and build scalable self-service resources so the team can move fast without constant guidance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in technical enablement or related roles.
• Strong technical aptitude and curiosity for complex products.
• Experience translating technical content for sales audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and run technical onboarding for new AEs and FDEs.
• Own ongoing enablement with product training and updates.
• Translate new platform features into field-ready content.
• Coach technical sellers on demo delivery.
• Build scalable enablement infrastructure and self-service resources.
• Track usage and feedback to improve programs.
