Job summary

Jobtailor in New York is seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer to drive GTM and technical recruiting initiatives. You will build pipelines through proactive outbound sourcing, craft targeted sequences, and assess candidates with documented feedback.

Qualifications

2+ years of dedicated sourcing or recruiting experience.
Experience covering both GTM and technical roles.
Strong knowledge of GTM talent markets and seniority expectations.
Sufficient technical literacy to source software roles.
Proven ability to generate pipelines through outbound sourcing.
Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
Experience with ATS such as Greenhouse or Lever.

Responsibilities

Partner with full-cycle recruiters and hiring managers to understand GTM and technical roles.
Execute high-volume, targeted outbound sourcing to build qualified pipelines.
Craft personalized outreach sequences for different candidate audiences.
Screen inbound applicants and sourced candidates and pass qualified candidates with assessments.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track outreach activity.
Research channels, communities, and talent pools for technical and GTM hiring.
Provide pipeline updates and sourcing insights including market signals.
