Job summary

Apollo.io is seeking a Sourcer to build pipelines for go-to-market and GTM roles. You will identify passive talent, craft outreach campaigns, and hand off qualified candidates to recruiters with strong context on fit and motivation.

You will use modern sourcing tools, maintain data integrity in ATS, and partner with hiring managers to refine position requirements across quota-carrying and non-quota roles. Ability to work pace with weekly goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Ashby or comparable ATS.
• 2–4 years in sourcing or recruiting, tech/SaaS preferred.
• Strong Boolean and X-ray search skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
• Ability to assess sales roles and attainment in resumes.
• Clear written communication with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own top of funnel candidate lifecycle from first contact to handoff.
• Build target company lists and outbound pipelines for current and future needs.
• Craft and send recruiting emails and sequences to earn replies.
• Maintain accurate requisition data and candidate workflows in ATS.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role requirements.
• Report labor market intelligence to inform recruiting strategy.
