Job summary

Chapter 2 is seeking a GTM Recruitment Sourcer to build high-performing Sales and Marketing teams for a fast-growing SaaS business. This fully remote role within the US partners with Recruiters and GTM leaders to maintain a healthy pipeline of top GTM talent.

You will own top-of-funnel sourcing, leveraging LinkedIn, Boolean search, and niche boards to identify and engage candidates across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a strong focus on GTM roles in tech, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
• Proven success running high-volume outbound sourcing campaigns and converting passive talent into active candidates.
• Strong Boolean search and market-mapping skills, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage GTM talent (AEs, SDRs/BDRs, Sales Leadership, CS, Marketing, GTM Ops).
• Conduct initial screens to assess skills, experience, compensation expectations, and motivators; hand off to recruiters/managers.
• Maintain organized data in the ATS/CRM and provide regular reporting on pipeline health and outreach metrics.
• Collaborate with the broader Talent team on market mapping, outreach campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
• Continuously refine search strategies based on feedback and changing hiring priorities.

GTM Recruitment Sourcer - Remote (US)

The GTM Recruitment Sourcer will play a crucial role in building high-performing Sales and Marketing teams for a Saas business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying top go-to-market talent across the US. This role is fully remote and partners closely with Recruiters and GTM leaders to keep a healthy pipeline of candidates for priority roles.

About the role

• Partner with GTM recruiters and hiring managers to understand headcount plans, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Partnerships.
• Own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for GTM roles, using channels such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, talent communities, referrals, and niche job boards.
• Build and maintain diverse pipelines of passive candidates, with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities
