Job summary

Chapter 2 is seeking a Generalist Recruitment Sourcer – Remote (US) to build high‑performing Sales and Marketing teams for a SaaS business. You will identify, engage, and qualify top GTM talent across the US and partner with recruiters and GTM leaders to maintain a healthy pipeline for priority roles.

You will own the sourcing strategy, use LinkedIn, Boolean search, and talent communities, and craft diverse candidate pipelines while maintaining data in the ATS/CRM and reporting on pipeline

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing or recruiting with a focus on GTM roles in tech/SaaS.
• Proven success with high‑volume outbound sourcing and converting passive talent.
• Strong Boolean search and market‑mapping skills; quick learner of new tools.
• Excellent communication with a candidate‑first mindset and brand representation.
• Highly organized, data‑driven, and able to work autonomously in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
• Desire to grow into a full talent partner and widen scope.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM recruiters and hiring managers to understand headcount plans and ideal candidate profiles.
• Own top‑of‑funnel sourcing strategy for GTM roles using LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals and niche boards.
• Build and maintain diverse pipelines of passive candidates with focus on quality and speed.
• Collaborate with Talent team on market mapping, outreach campaigns and employer branding.
• Refine search strategies based on feedback and hiring priorities.
