• 2-3 years of non-technical recruitment sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and Boolean search expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Utilize deep sourcing techniques to locate passive candidates, including Boolean search and LinkedIn.
• Work with one client at a time to deeply embed with their culture socially and professionally.
