Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Go-To-Market Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for early-career GTM roles, including SDRs and Associate Sales Engineers. The role emphasizes pipeline development, strategic partnering with hiring leaders, and running high-velocity hiring events in offices located in Chicago, IL; Lehi, UT; Raleigh, NC.

You will leverage innovative sourcing channels, advocate data-driven interview design, and apply competency-based methods to hire for potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in sales or GTM hiring.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience with independent sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; over-communicate by default.
• Comfort with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in recruiting workflows.
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) New York City or Chicago and in-office 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own early-career GTM hiring for SDR, SMB Account Executive, Associate Sales Engineer, and Technical Post-Sales Support teams, pipelines end to end.
• Build pipelines through outbound, referrals, communities, and inventive channels.
• Create candidate funnels for today and tomorrow to balance immediate needs with future pools.
• Plan and run in-office hiring events timed around graduation windows.
• Advise sales and technical leaders on role definition, market realities, interview design, and candidate experience.
