PhoenixAI is looking for a GTM Recruiter to help us make roughly 30 go-to-market hires over the next 12 months. This is a hands-on, full-cycle role in Menlo Park, CA, with latitude to shape how we recruit as we scale.

You'll work directly with GTM hiring managers and senior leadership from intake through offer negotiation, building pipelines and guiding interview processes to ensure strong candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience focusing on GTM/sales hiring in B2B SaaS.
• Track record filling competitive roles in a fast-paced startup environment (Series B or similar).
• Strong sourcing skills and a track record of filling roles without relying on inbound volume.
• Hands-on with Rippling and LinkedIn Recruiter; comfortable with scheduling and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with GTM hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview processes.
• Build and manage pipeline for competitive roles through sourcing, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Recruit across the GTM spectrum, including technical field roles such as Sales Engineering and Solutions Architecture, coordinating with technical interviewers.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on market conditions, compensation benchmarking, and candidate experience.
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication and a smooth interview process.
• Lead offer negotiation and close, working directly with candidates through to acceptance.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategy.
• Establish and refine scalable recruiting processes, tooling, and documentation as the team grows.
