This one-year fixed-term contract role reports to the Global Manager, Commercial Talent Acquisition and collaborates with Sales, Relationship Management, and Commercial Enablement teams. You will manage recruitment for GTM roles, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a commercial/GTM environment.
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates across North America; LATAM/EMEA exposure is a plus.
• Experience recruiting in payments, fintech, or SaaS highly preferred.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Greenhouse or Workable), and AI-powered sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles including SDRs and Relationship Managers.
• Develop sourcing strategies and diverse pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools.
• Partner with GTM leaders and HR to align TA with business priorities.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and ensure compliance with processes.
• Champion candidate experience with proactive communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to share best practices on recruitment.
