• 2–4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a commercial/GTM environment.
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates across North America; LATAM/EMEA exposure is a plus.
• Experience recruiting in payments, fintech, or SaaS highly preferred.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Greenhouse or Workable), and AI-powered sourcing platforms.

Your mission

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist – GTM, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top commercial talent across Nuvei’s GTM organization. Reporting to the Global Manager, Commercial Talent Acquisition, this position will partner closely with leaders across Sales, Relationship Management, and Commercial Enablement. The Specialist will manage recruitment efforts primarily for the U.S. and Canada, with flexibility to support hiring in LATAM or EMEA as needed, ensuring the delivery of a world-class candidate and stakeholder experience.

This is a 1-year fixed-term contract (FTC) opportunity, with the possibility of renewal based on business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, including SDRs, Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers, and Commercial Enablement positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build diverse pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and networking initiatives.
• Partner with GTM leaders and HR partners to strategically align talent acquisition efforts with business priorities.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate information in the ATS (Greenhouse or Workable), ensuring compliance with internal processes.
• Champion the candidate experience through proactive communication and consistent feedback loops.
• Drive process improvements and use data-driven insights to enhance GTM recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues globally to share best practices and support wider recruitment projects as needed.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a commercial or GTM-focused environment.
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates across North America; international hiring exposure (LATAM/EMEA) is a plus.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS recruitment is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse or Workable), and AI-driven sourcing platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, global business.
• Collaborative mindset with flexibility to adjust priorities across multiple regions and time zones.
