The Rec Hub Limited seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end GTM and commercial hiring for a global fintech/payments client in San Francisco. This hybrid role partners with business leaders to source top talent and accelerate high-quality hires.

You'll manage stakeholders, optimize recruitment processes, and craft strategies spanning the next 12 to 24 months, delivering fast, reliable outcomes in a competitive market.

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

Fixed Term Contract - 6 months

Hybrid - San Francisco

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients with their go-to-market and sales hiring. You'll need to know how to hire enterprise-level SaaS sales and marketing people for a global fintech/payments organisation.

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
• Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
• Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
• Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months
