Job summary

Townsquare Interactive in Charlotte (Uptown) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume GTM roles across sales, operations, and marketing. This in-office, full-time role partners with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and build a robust candidate pipeline.

You'll source and engage top talent using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, conduct interviews, extend offers, and guide new hires through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience, prefer GTM roles
• Experience in high-volume recruiting pipelines
• Strong sourcing and assessment skills
• Familiarity with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
