Reddit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for sales technology within the Go-to-Market Systems team. You will shape tooling for global sales and advertisers, turning complex problems into scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, define metrics, and prioritize initiatives that increase seller productivity and revenue.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of product management experience across GTM systems, enterprise SaaS, and AI-powered tooling.
• Strong fluency in GTM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation, data enrichment tools, lead routing and scoring, billing, or customer lifecycle tools.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional influence, strategic alignment, and executive communication.
• Analytical, KPI-driven, and comfortable running experiments to prioritize investments.
• Able to operate in fast-moving environments with continuous shaping and improvement.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and architecture for sales teams focused on growing the advertiser base.
• Understand problems sellers and advertisers face, and identify automation opportunities to improve experience.
• Build tools to boost seller productivity across planning, health scoring, relationship management, and data enrichment.
• Improve data foundations supporting Reddit’s AI strategy, including entity resolution and data orchestration.
• Use experiments and metrics to measure impact on seller efficiency, revenue, and quality.
• Lead cross-functional work with engineering, vendors, systems owners, and business stakeholders.
• Translate GTM strategy into scalable product capabilities, PRDs, success metrics, and engineering priorities.
• Drive adoption and change management for new product capabilities across GTM teams.
