Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Product Ownership or related roles.
• Deep experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and GTM tools (Gong, marketing automation).
• Proven track record of owning and delivering product roadmaps in GTM/CRM.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes (lead-to-close-to-renewal).
• Experience building and interpreting Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Evaluate current sales tools and improve Salesforce effectiveness across regions.
• Own GTM systems (Salesforce, Gong) and collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead optimization and administration of the GTM technology stack with automation and global consistency.
• Stay ahead of trends in Salesforce and productivity tools to boost funnel conversion.
• Design and implement end-to-end sales processes from lead through renewal.
• Establish data, analytics, and governance framework for GTM.
• Define, track, and report on key funnel and sales performance metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy and visibility across systems.
• Oversee CRM governance including audits and data standards.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Revenue Ops for alignment.
• Collaborate with global sales leadership to deliver insights, reporting, and tools.
• Drive cross-functional execution through regular business reviews and roadmaps.
• Continuously evaluate best practices and emerging technologies to improve GTM productivity.
