Job summary

Base Power Company is building a next-generation, distributed-battery powered grid. We seek a systems-minded specialist to optimize GTM workflows by connecting Sales, Marketing, and Engineering data and tools.

You’ll design scalable processes, automate where possible, and help teams move faster with reliable data. The role focuses on improving how GTM operates, with a strong emphasis on data pipelines, cross-functional collaboration, and practical software solutions that fit existing

Qualifications

Experience in technical product, sales ops, data engineering, software, or other ops roles.
You are a systems thinker who likes understanding how processes fit together across teams.
High levels of persistence to navigate complex constraints.
Ability to build software within existing infra constraints; not zero-to-one AI coding.
Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solid data fundamentals and ability to build reports from insights.
Affinity for measuring and sharing impact of implemented solutions.
Experience with CRM tools or working with GTM teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with GTM teams to scale lead delivery and onboarding through our systems.
Ensure clean, consistent data pipelines and integrations across CRM and internal tools.
Identify gaps and bottlenecks; design workflows, automations, and systems to speed GTM execution.
Build a GTM roadmap based on data insights and observed needs.
