Base is America’s next-generation power company building a scalable GTM engine with distributed batteries to modernize the grid. This role focuses on designing and implementing better workflows, data connections, and tools across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to keep the GTM engine fast and reliable.

You will work across teams to identify gaps, ship fixes, and build a roadmap driven by data insights and GTM needs, while ensuring data consistency and efficient operations.

Qualificações

• Experience in technical product, sales ops, data engineering, software, or other ops roles.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Sales, Marketing, and other GTM teams to optimize how to deliver 5-10x scale in moving leads and onboarding members through our systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure clean and consistent data pipelines and integrations across CRM and internal tools.
• Improve the operating system that connects Sales, Marketing, and Member Experience by identifying system gaps/bottlenecks and shipping fixes. Design workflows, automations, and systems that improve the speed and quality of GTM execution.
• Build a roadmap based on GTM needs, data insights, and your own observations.

About the Role

This role exists to build the systems that keep our GTM engine fast, accurate, and scalable. We’re looking for a technical, systems-minded individualwith experience improving how GTM teams operate. You’ll work across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to design and implement better workflows, connect data across systems, and build tools that help our teams move faster and operate more effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how people work, translating that into system design, and building technical solutions that make operating the machine easy and efficient.

You will be expected to have strong software foundations even if you use AI to implement (understand what good code looks like, how to structure and architect solutions across data systems).

What You'll Do

• Work with Sales, Marketing, and other GTM teams to optimize how to deliver 5-10x scale in moving leads and onboarding members through our systems

What You'll Bring

• You’re a systems thinker who likes understanding how processes fit together across teams.

• High levels of persistence to find a way through complex constraints.

• You can build software within the constraints of existing infrastructure (not 0 1 AI coding)

• You communicate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong data fundamentals.

• Ability to build reports to investigate problems, analyze results, and drive action from insights.

• Affinity towards measuring and sharing impact of implemented solutions across stakeholders

• Experience with CRM tools or working with GTM teams.
