Job summary

DNSFilter is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to own day-to-day configuration and health of Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring clean data flows, accurate routing, and reliable integrations. You will document changes, test before deploying, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support revenue operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years administering Salesforce in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including the Salesforce integration and field mapping.
• Salesforce Administrator certification, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Demonstrated experience configuring lead routing, assignment rules, and territory models.
• Experience running bulk data operations and imports with appropriate testing and validation.
• A working habit of testing before deploying and documenting what you changed.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders about system behavior and its consequences.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: configure Salesforce and HubSpot objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, flows and workflows; maintain naming conventions and field standards.
• Lead and Account Routing: configure lead/ account assignment, round robins, queues, territory mapping; ensure correct ownership and trace failures.
• Integration and Data Flow: own HubSpot–Salesforce integration, field mappings, sync rules, and error monitoring; document data movement and edge cases.
• List Imports and Campaign Operations: manage imports end-to-end, field mapping, source assignment, and post-import verification.
• Data Quality and Hygiene: audit duplicates and misassigned records; perform mass updates with backups and validation.
• Change Management and Documentation: test changes in sandbox; maintain a change log; communicate releases to teams.
• Operational Support: triage platform issues per SLA; resolve issues and keep stakeholders informed; leverage AI tools to accelerate work.
