Job summary

DNSFilter is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to own Salesforce and HubSpot configurations, data flows, and lead routing. You will ensure data integrity, document changes, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Salesforce administration within B2B SaaS, experience with HubSpot integration, and a bias for test-before-deploy with clear documentation."

Qualifications

• 4+ years administering Salesforce in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including the Salesforce integration and field mapping.
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders about system behavior and its consequences.
• Ability to work hours overlapping with ET.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: manage Salesforce and HubSpot objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, flows and workflows.
• Lead and Account Routing: configure lead and account assignment, round robins, queues, territory and pod mapping.
• Integration and Data Flow: own HubSpot-Salesforce integration, field mappings, sync rules, and error monitoring.
• List Imports and Campaign Operations: end-to-end imports, mapping, execution, verification, and repeatable SOPs.
• Data Quality and Hygiene: run audits for duplicates, inactive records, and misassigned territories.
• Change Management and Documentation: test changes, maintain a change log, communicate releases.
