Job summary

Tensec, a global fintech, is building a hybrid-working GTM engine across the US and Latin America. You will own the outbound, sales execution, data modeling, and go-to-market stack, partnering with marketing, engineering, and country teams in Brazil and Mexico to drive revenue.

You’ll design systems for finding and qualifying customers, with a hands-on leadership role in data foundations, deliverability, and platform build-vs-buy decisions, reporting to the Global Head of GTM.

Qualifications

• Built scalable software that people use to drive revenue.
• Experience working near revenue and fielding a sales-facing product.
