Job summary

Workweek is hiring a Go-to-Market Systems & Enablement Manager to own the GTM systems backbone and enablement programs for Brand Partnerships. You will manage Salesforce, the tool stack, and end-to-end enablement, delivering training and rollout packages.

You’ll report to the SVP, Advertising GTM & Operations, prioritize stack evolution, and leverage AI daily to drive speed and impact. Remote work is supported from the US with English as the working language.

Qualifications

3+ years in GTM operations, RevOps, or sales systems.
Deep Salesforce experience with flows, objects, troubleshooting, and configuration decisions.
Proven track record in delivering GTM training programs across skills, systems, or content.
Strong business acumen and operator mindset with commercial awareness.
End-to-end project ownership across multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
Excellent writing and editorial judgement for reps and clients.
AI-forward, proactive in using AI to accelerate work.

Responsibilities

Administer the GTM stack (Salesforce, Outreach, LeadIQ, Gong, DocuSign, Sales Navigator, QuotaPath).
Manage inventory and product, pricing, live event setup, and master documentation.
Own data quality, deduplicate accounts, fix integrations, and lead remediation.
Build and ship automation to streamline workflows.
Own product launches, field packages, training materials, and rollout docs.
Onboard new reps to systems and workflows and measure adoption.
Document processes with version control and cadence.
