Job summary

Granola is an AI-powered notepad for meetings. Granola seeks a GTM Systems Lead to own the tech behind the commercial team as we scale.

You’ll design, build and run the systems our Sales and CS teams rely on, evolve the stack, manage integrations (Attio, Apollo, Cal.com, Tally, Polytomic), and ensure data flows across the business. This hands-on role reports to the Head of RevOps and requires practical implementation and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building and owning systems used by a growing commercial team.
• Ability to explain system architecture decisions to non-technical colleagues.
• Hands-on with integrations and APIs; comfortable coding.
• Understanding of CRM data models, routing and data flow.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the GTM stack.
• Own the technical architecture of our CRM, Attio.
• Build and maintain integrations across Attio, Apollo, Cal.com, Tally and Polytomic.
• Own the wider toolset; assess new tools and vendors.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI within the stack.
• Keep systems dependable; governance and documentation.
• Understand Sales and CS workflows to solve real problems.
