Job summary

Native is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and own the go-to-market systems across sales, marketing, and customer success. This role replaces drift with a living architecture and ensures a single source of truth through the Atlas knowledge graph and Salesforce integration.

The engineer will own the pipelines, semantic layer, and production-grade automation needed to eliminate manual tasks and align all GTM data across platforms, including LinkedIn, ads, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building go-to-market data pipes and integration work across CRM, ads, and outreach tools.
• Ability to model accounts, entities, and ICPs for coherent downstream systems.
• Fluent SQL skills and analytics instrumentation across funnels and spend.
• Engineering-first mindset focused on shipping maintainable systems.

Responsibilities

• Build the GTM Spine: connect Atlas knowledge graph to Salesforce, LinkedIn, emails, ads, and analytics with automated entity resolution.
• Own Salesforce write paths to align accounts and opportunities with the canonical graph.
• Instrument end-to-end analytics for outbound, engagement, spend elasticity, CS, and product usage.
• Automate revenue operations: replace manual hygiene and reporting with systems.
• Operate the Marketing Systems Estate: manage content, campaigns, measurement in OpsHub.
• Extend semantic layer into GTM to drive ICP-specific outbound drafting and ad gen.
• Partner across Engineering and Revenue to translate needs into the system.
