Job summary

Roboflow is hiring a GTM Systems Engineer to build and scale the Revenue Operations tech stack, including Salesforce and related tools. You will partner with sales, finance, marketing, and data engineering to deliver reliable pipeline and forecasting data.

This role emphasizes hands-on development, AI-enabled workflows, data quality, and scalable architecture as the team grows; you'll shape rep ramp, forecasting accuracy, and account handoffs across GTM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building on Salesforce in a technical admin or developer capacity.
• 5+ years supporting Sales, RevOps, or GTM teams.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Integrations.
• Experience testing and deploying solutions, ideally with source tracking and the Salesforce Metadata API.
• Experience implementing automation, custom objects, and non-trivial business logic.
• Working SQL and experience with a data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar).
• Practical understanding of GTM concepts: product catalogs, pipeline, forecasting, territories, renewals, expansion, compensation planning and administration.
• Experience working across an ecosystem of GTM tools including communication platforms, enrichment platforms, quoting tools, CLMs, e-signature platforms, etc.
• Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based workflows, and building with AI coding agents.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend Salesforce functionality (Apex, LWC, Flows, custom objects).
• Implement data models behind how we sell: account hierarchies, site data, product catalog, territory assignments, and handoffs.
• Build forecasting inputs: stage exit criteria, stage gates, forecast categories, pipeline snapshots, field history for forecast accuracy.
• Partner with data engineering on programmatic BI: SQL and BigQuery, dashboards on Salesforce data, native Salesforce reports.
• Own data quality across Salesforce and GTM systems: deduplication, field standardization, ownership cleanup, useful views.
• Lead integration and data pipeline work across the GTM stack, including migrations as tools evolve.
• Build infrastructure for partner and cloud marketplace revenue: deal registration, attribution, reporting.
• Facilitate the variable compensation program by providing data quality and management support.
• Serve as the control point for AI agents in our GTM stack (permissions, access, rollout) and AI workflows.
• Share end user support with the team, including lead routing, round-robin logic, SLAs, and bulk uploads for campaigns.
