Anthropic is seeking a highly organized, analytically grounded Sales Strategy, Operational Excellence partner to help run the operating system of our go-to-market organization. You will ensure the forecast and pipeline cadences run cleanly and align targets with capacity and comp.

Formación

• Experience in sales operations, sales strategy, revenue operations, or similar function.
• Experience supporting end-to-end GTM planning: annual planning, target setting.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of the CCO operating cadence: weekly forecast and pipeline reviews, monthly business reviews, and QBRs.
• Manage the operational execution behind each review—calendar, prep timelines, templates, and pre-read standards.
• Prepare inputs and run mechanics of each cadence, focusing sessions on decisions, not logistics.
• Capture decisions, commitments, and risks in the room; assign owners and drive items to resolution.
• Anchor every review in source-of-truth data; ensure metrics are accurate and consistent across reviews.
• Develop the performance narrative and connect metrics to what happened, why, and what actions follow.
• Build your forecast view; test bottoms-up calls against pipeline and deal-level signals.
