Job summary

Datadog is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate to join a global team focused on driving growth. You will identify opportunities for revenue expansion, evaluate tradeoffs, and partner with senior leaders to shape go-to-market strategy.

You will drive planning processes, including capacity and quota planning, KPI design, and measurement. You will build dashboards, lead cross-functional initiatives, and collaborate with Sales, Strategy, and Product to accelerate revenue.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in go-to-market, growth, or revenue strategy, or related fields.
• Ability to break down complex business problems and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong quantitative modeling and analytical skills; able to present insights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term go-to-market strategies by identifying growth opportunities and aligning targets.
• Own global quota planning and build/maintain quota models for stakeholder alignment.
• Analyze sales and GTM data to identify trends and channel efficiency; inform planning decisions.
• Partner with Sales and other leaders to translate goals into actionable plans and initiatives.
• Build dashboards and KPIs to translate data into insights for leadership.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve execution and accelerate revenue growth.
