Job summary

Datadog, a leading observability platform, seeks a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate to identify revenue growth opportunities and shape go-to-market strategy. You’ll drive quota planning, KPI design, and cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Product.

You’ll build dashboards, translate data into actionable insights, and influence strategic priorities, contributing to Datadog’s growth in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of go-to-market or revenue strategy experience.
• Strong quantitative modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to present complex concepts to senior leaders.
• Experience with BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term go-to-market strategies by identifying growth opportunities and aligning targets.
• Own quota planning for the global Sales organization and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Analyze sales and go-to-market data to identify trends and inform planning decisions.
• Partner with Sales and GTM leaders to translate goals into actionable plans.
• Build dashboards and KPIs to translate data into insights for leaders.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate revenue growth.
