Docusign is seeking a GTM CS Strategy & Operations Manager to proactively plan and deliver critical business insights, articulate team performance, and align regional leadership on processes to scale operations for growth. This role will evaluate efficiency, costs, and drive improvements while communicating across multiple levels of internal stakeholders.

• Proven data-driven decision making with dashboards and reports.
• Experience planning and driving operational improvements across regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide data insights to stakeholders and create dashboards for regional visibility.
• Identify trends, impacts and root causes to guide decision making.
• Present executive-ready insights to Sales Leaders and regional teams.
• Own fiscal year planning for CS team including headcount and quotas.
