Zusammenfassung

Equinix is seeking a Senior Manager, Go-to-Market Strategy & Customer Insights to shape and operationalize GTM for priority products and customer segments. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and regional teams to translate customer insights into actionable GTM plans that drive revenue growth and market share.

You’ll lead annual planning, design market entry plays, and develop repeatable GTM playbooks, while influencing senior stakeholders to align roadmaps and investments

Qualifikationen

• 8–12+ years in GTM strategy, growth strategy, product marketing, strategy/ops, or management consulting with GTM experience in B2B technology
• Ability to derive insights via quantitative and qualitative analysis and test hypotheses with data
• Strong track record turning customer and market insights into GTM plans and measurable business outcomes
• GTM leadership experience and cross-functional influence
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills
• Comfortable operating in matrixed, cross-functional environments with senior stakeholders
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field

Aufgaben

• Lead GTM strategy for assigned products, solutions, or initiatives from framing to execution
• Define target markets, customer journeys, sales motions, and channel strategies
• Translate strategy into GTM plays, hypotheses, and experiments with clear criteria
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and regional teams to align roadmaps and investments
• Lead annual strategic planning with key stakeholders
• Engage leaders to secure buy-in for cross-functional projects and strategic narratives
• Define, track, and analyze GTM KPIs (pipeline, ACV, retention, CAC/LTV)
• Diagnose performance gaps and codify repeatable GTM playbooks
• Monitor customer priorities and translate insights into value propositions and ICPs
• Drive strategic initiatives and support enterprise strategy efforts
