Everpure in Santa Clara is seeking a GTM Solutions Lead to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive scalable GTM strategies, processes, and systems. You will translate organizational challenges into effective solutions and own the what and why of solutions.

You will lead cross-functional projects, provide thought leadership on GTM processes, and ensure adoption of new tools that accelerate growth and efficiency in a primarily in-office environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of GTM strategy or business operations experience.
• Strong cross-functional project leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable roadmaps.
• Experience with GTM systems and tools (Salesforce/Marketo/Outreach).
• Collaborates closely with technical teams to define requirements.

Responsibilities
