Job summary

Watershed is seeking an experienced GTM Engineer to architect and operate the systems, AI, and data infra powering our GTM org. You will design Salesforce data models, lead integrations, and deploy automation that accelerates pipeline velocity and sales efficiency across the GTM stack.

You will work with data science to shape the data-to-action loop, build agents and workflows, and drive adoption with measurable business impact. Based in SF or NY, 4 days in office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing or GTM-facing technical role at high-growth B2B SaaS or AI companies.
• AI embedded in current workflow with coding tools and enterprise agent tooling.
• Broad experience managing the modern GTM tech stack: data enrichment, lead routing, sales engagement, call intelligence, CPQ, and support.
• Deep technical background in system design, data models, integrations, automation, and tradeoffs between declarative and code-based solutions.
• Experience managing development environments and deployment pipelines (e.g., Gearset).

Responsibilities

• Drive GTM systems end-to-end: Salesforce data model, integrations, automation, CPQ, lead routing, data enrichment.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of GTM tools across Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Deal Ops.
• Build the applied AI layer: agents and workflows powering day-to-day GTM operations.
• Create outbound signal engine: ingestion, enrichment, play orchestration, and attribution.
• Develop GTM Engineering infra: deployment pipelines, sandboxing, testing, backups, AI dev environment.
• Partner with data science on the data-to-action loop: capture data, turn signals into insights and workflows.
• Provide tech capabilities to accelerate velocity: tools, connections, documentation, user training.
• Drive adoption and measurement like a product owner: discover pain, ship, measure trust, sunset underperforming assets.
• Build foundation for AI-enabled GTM: standards, docs, support, Enablement collaboration.
