United States Digital Space LLC offers a Senior Manager of Sales Packaging & Go-to-Market Strategy role to lead packaging, pricing, and GTM motions for the ads portfolio. You will align data, product, and sales to win at scale across on- and off-platform solutions.

The role requires building structured packages, pricing guardrails, and compelling stories for sellers, with cross-functional leadership across Sales, Data Science, Finance, Product Marketing, and Marketing.

Formación

• 15+ years in digital advertising with depth in brand media solutions, programmatic, ad tech, and/or commerce/retail media.
• Experience building go-to-market strategies, sales packaging, and pricing frameworks for advertising products.
• Proven people leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the sales packaging strategy for the full suite of on- and off-platform advertising solutions, building differentiated packages.
• Set the vision for tentpole and cultural-moment packaging using data to identify prime moments.
• Craft go-to-market narratives with Product Marketing and the Ads Studio.
• Formulate pricing and deal economics for sponsorships and multi-product bundles.
