United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Sr Packaging & Premium Programs Associate to design and execute premium ad experiences for seasonal moments and global brands. You will synthesize inventory data, creative potential, and market input to create turnkey premium opportunities that drive revenue.

You will partner with Product GTM, Insights, and Marketing to ensure compelling offerings, translate performance learnings into monetization strategy, and enable Sales with accurate, timely

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Strategy, Ad Product Marketing, Media Planning, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation, development, and maintenance of global premium ad programs for seasonal events and tentpole moments.
• Help design and bundle ad products for high-impact takeover opportunities.
• Coordinate with Insights, Creative Strategy, and Marketing for seasonal program alignment and market storytelling.
• Share learnings on package performance with Pricing and GTM to refine monetization strategy.
• Identify high-impact moments of user engagement with Inventory Management and translate into structured sponsorship opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional execution of sales collateral for premium bundles to enable winning seasonal budgets.
• Track performance and sell-through of premium packages and inform inventory allocation decisions.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, Sales, and Finance to ensure premium programs are viable and aligned.
