Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Sales Executive with deep experience in agentic technologies to lead revenue for RubrikX. As GTM Sales Lead, you will own product line revenue targets and drive the corporate go‑to‑market strategy for Rubrik Agent Cloud across enterprise and strategic accounts in North America.

You will evangelize, position, and close deals, lead executive conversations, and collaborate with product management to ensure the roadmap reflects customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience selling AI, Cloud, Security technologies focusing on observability and governance is a plus.
• Strong business sense and market knowledge to sell to technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales leadership and direction to Rubrik teams for Rubrik's Agent Cloud offerings.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and act as the go-to-market expert for agentic AI.
• Lead sales calls and executive conversations, gather feedback, and identify market trends.
• Qualify and manage opportunities, drive deals to close.
• Coordinate with product management to align roadmap with customer demand.
• Help develop marketing and sales collateral to ensure aligned messaging.
• Deliver sales enablement to Rubrik and partner sales teams.
• Drive adoption of Rubrik Agent Cloud across Rubrik and the ecosystem.
