Job summary

Employer.com is partnering with Salesforce to recruit high-volume Sales and GTM talent for a 6-month hybrid contract. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, sourcing via direct outreach, and partnering with Sales leadership to close candidates across multiple U.S.

locations including Atlanta. You will leverage Workday and other tools to manage the candidate journey and maintain a strong pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of recruiting experience in agency and/or in-house roles focusing on Sales, GTM, or commercial hiring.
• Proven track record in fast-paced Sales or GTM recruiting with direct-sourcing from competitors.
• Ability to work on-site three days per week at a Salesforce hub: SF, NY, Chicago, or Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop targeted outreach campaigns to build a pipeline of passive candidates.
• Partner with Sales leadership to understand requirements and move requisitions in a high-volume environment.
