The role covers annual GTM planning, quota design, compensation strategy, workflow automation, and executive-facing dashboards. Strong cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Annual GTM planning, including budgeting, territory planning, capacity modeling, and quota design.
• Sales compensation plan strategy, design, and execution.
