Gather is building the all-in-one work communication tool. We seek an early-career GTM and operations pro to touch demos, onboarding, billing, renewals, implementation and operations, gaining exposure across the full customer journey.

The role suits someone with 1–3 years in a B2B SaaS or tech setting, strong communication, and a bias for action. Portuguese fluency is a strong plus, Spanish is helpful.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a B2B SaaS or tech company in customer-facing roles.
• Bias for action and ability to follow through on commitments.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot; familiarity with Stripe or similar billing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Quick to learn, adopt and master new systems and tools.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
• Curious, resourceful, eager to learn; Portuguese a strong plus; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customers throughout their journey from onboarding to renewals.
• Own and navigate the GTM tech stack including HubSpot, Stripe, and internal tools.
• Develop customer-facing skills through calls, demos, and implementation sessions.
• Investigate billing questions, subscription changes, invoices, and payments.
• Ensure data accuracy across CRM and customer records in HubSpot.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Support to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer experience.
• Capture customer insights to influence product and GTM strategy.
• Provide high-impact support across operations, sales, customer support, and documentation.
