Job summary

Well is seeking a detail-oriented GTM Operations & Growth Enablement Associate to support optimizing sales processes and driving revenue growth. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to refine processes, build dashboards, and enable the growth team with training and playbooks.

The role reports to the Director of GTM Operations and involves collaboration across multiple product and sales functions in a fast-paced employer benefits environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in the employer benefits industry.
• Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-team collaboration.
