This remote role focuses on live virtual training, 1:1 and small-group coaching, and delivering impactful enablement experiences across diverse audiences.\n\nYou will design interactive workshops, host internal podcasts, mentor GTM teams, and translate complex solutions into practical guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue or GTM enablement or related roles.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong coaching track record with 1:1 and small-group settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy virtual workshops and live training sessions.
• Conduct structured 1:1 and small-group coaching for GTM professionals.
• Develop targeted GTM content and playbooks.
• Partner with GTM leaders to align enablement with business goals.
