Job summary

PhoenixAI is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to scale our team across GTM, R&D, and G&A. You’ll partner with hiring managers and senior leadership from intake through offer, shaping how we recruit as we grow.

This is a full-cycle role with emphasis on building scalable processes, sourcing competitive talent, and advising on market conditions and compensation. Equity and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth tech or B2B SaaS
• Experience recruiting in GTM or technical fields
• Startup environment experience, ideally Series B or similar
• Proficient with Rippling or similar ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with executives
• Comfort with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
• Familiarity with data infrastructure a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM, R&D, and G&A roles from intake to offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview processes.
• Build and manage pipelines for competitive roles through sourcing, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Recruit technical roles in R&D (e.g., Solutions Architect) with a consistent bar.
• Advise on market conditions, compensation benchmarking, and candidate experience.
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end with timely communication and smooth interviews.
• Lead offer negotiation and close with candidates through to acceptance.
• Track recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategy.
• Establish scalable recruiting processes, tooling, and documentation as the team grows.
