Mercor is seeking a GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for Growth, Data Acquisition, Account Executives, and Engagement Manager roles that power relationships with top AI labs and enterprises.

You'll partner with leadership to translate revenue targets into hiring plans, build a GTM playbook, and shape Mercor's growth through structured interviewing and data-driven funnel optimization.

• Partner with leadership to translate revenue targets into hiring plans.
• Build playbooks for GTM recruiting from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Mercor's GTM organization: Sales, Partnerships/BD, and Growth.
• Assess GTM roles to determine what is required (quota attainment, deal-cycle ownership, territory fluency).
• Build top-of-funnel using outbound, talent intelligence, and Mercor's product.
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, leveling, and decision hygiene.
• Operationalize hiring systems and track funnel metrics by role & segment.
