Job summary

Miter is expanding its GTM recruiting team and seeking a skilled recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. You will partner with senior GTM leaders, craft tailored sourcing strategies, and manage multiple high-volume roles with autonomy.

You will work with a scrappy team that values candidate experience, efficient processes, and ownership. This role offers hybrid work with proximity to NYC or SF or remote work where allowed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM functions (Sales/Marketing/Partnerships).
• Experience handling 4–6+ concurrent reqs in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to partner with senior GTM stakeholders on hiring strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from intake to offer and close.
• Build and iterate sourcing strategy by role and channel (LinkedIn, Juicebox, AI tools).
• Track funnel health and flag risks early.
• Partner with GTM leadership to align hiring with market strategy.
• Calibrate candidate GTM alignment to quotas and market needs.
• Contribute to employer branding, college recruiting, and interviewer calibration for GTM skills.
• Represent Miter to a broad GTM candidate pool.
