Job summary

Miter is hiring a GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing and Partnerships. You’ll partner with sales leaders, build sourcing strategies and own the candidate experience from intake to offer.

You’ll thrive in a fast-growing SaaS environment, manage multiple reqs, and help shape our GTM hiring process while collaborating with the Head of Sales and CRO to scale teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM roles.
• Experience managing 4–6+ concurrent reqs independently in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
• Track record of partnering with senior sales/marketing/GTM stakeholders on hiring strategy and execution.
• Data-driven approach to sourcing, using metrics to make tradeoffs and flag risk early.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions — Sales (AE, SDR), Marketing, and Partnerships — from intake through offer and close.
• Build and iterate sourcing strategy tailored by role and channel (Juicebox, LinkedIn, AI-assisted sourcing).
• Track and own funnel health for every open GTM req; flag risk early.
• Partner directly with GTM Leadership to shape sourcing strategy and credibility.
• Calibrate for candidate GTM-specific alignment — quota, territory, product complexity, performance.
• Contribute to broader Talent initiatives including employer brand and college recruiting.
• Represent Miter's story to a networked GTM candidate pool.
