Nominal is seeking a GTM Recruiter to own recruiting strategy and execution for our growing commercial organization. You’ll partner with GTM leadership to define talent profiles, build sourcing strategies, and close exceptional candidates across Account Executives, SDRs, and Solutions Engineers.

You are a full‑cycle recruiter with 4+ years in SaaS sales environments, comfortable shaping assessment rubrics, and building scalable processes that hire at speed and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in GTM and SaaS sales environments.
• Experience building assessment rubrics and scalable recruiting processes.
• Ability to partner with senior GTM leadership and close top talent.
