Outtake inc. is expanding its recruiting team in New York. We seek a proactive recruiter with 3–6 years of full-cycle experience, focused on GTM and/or G&A roles, and a strong NYC network. You will own the process end-to-end, build pipelines, design rigorous interviews, and close top talent in a fast-growing startup.

You’ll partner with leadership, utilize AI-assisted sourcing, and help shape our employer brand as Outtake scales. Office in Brooklyn; health benefits and flexible PTO are included.

Competenze

• 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with GTM or G&A focus.
• Experience recruiting at a high-growth startup, ideally in NYC.
• Track record of closing strong candidates across levels.
• AI-native sourcer using modern tools to scale outreach.
• Understanding of GTM roles and how AE vs SDR differ.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear, persuasive communication of Outtake's mission.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to use metrics for decisions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.

• Full-cycle ownership across GTM and G&A roles from intake to close.
