OpinionRoute LLC is seeking a GTM Product Manager to bridge the gap between technology development and market adoption. You’ll work with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to ensure releases are understood, adopted, and monetized for clients.

The role emphasizes shaping how new AI-enabled features are released, positioned, and adopted across the organization to drive measurable value for market research clients.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in technology adoption, operations implementation, solutions consulting, product operations, or go-to-market roles.
• Innovative MR Operator: cross-functional work turning new capabilities into everyday use.
• Domain Knowledge: Market research or survey tech experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• AI Fluency: daily hands-on use of AI tools with demonstrable outputs.
• Technical aptitude: understanding of research tech and AI/ML concepts.

Responsabilités

• Help the Operations keep up with the Tech Team by mapping upgrades to team needs.
• Translate complex capabilities (AI fraud detection, workflow automation) into practical guidance for users.
• Gather feedback from internal teams and clients to define clear requirements, priorities, and business cases.
• Plan and coordinate rollouts of enhancements, Navigator features, and internal AI tools with marketing on messaging.
• Launch internal tools with demos, guides, and quick-start content for teams and clients.
• Equip Sales and client teams with demo flows, ROI calculators, and release guides.
• Turn technical differentiators into credible sales narratives.
• Define success metrics for quarterly release cycles and track value delivered to clients and teams.
