Cribl, the company building telemetry infrastructure for the AI era, seeks a GTM AI Product Manager to define and scale AI-powered experiences that measurably improve sales productivity and accelerate revenue execution. You'll own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of GTM AI solutions, working with sellers and GTM leaders to move from discovery to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related function at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience owning product vision, roadmap prioritization, requirements, launches, adoption, and success metrics.
• Proven ability to improve sales productivity through product management, AI, workflow automation, or systems integration.
• Understanding of CUJ and JTBD frameworks and applying them to seller workflows.
• Strong technical fluency across CRM, data models, integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and AI capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM AI product vision, strategy, and end-to-end roadmap with GTM leaders and sellers.
• Lead discovery with sellers to validate problems and translate insights into requirements.
• Move ideas from prototype to production using rapid experimentation and user feedback.
• Build AI-powered workflows that connect signals across systems to deliver actionable intelligence.
• Establish governance, adoption metrics, and scale patterns for GTM AI initiatives.
