Job summary

Everpure is seeking an experienced Program Manager within our Digital Technology Group in Santa Clara. You will own end-to-end planning and execution of complex technology programs across SRM, SLM, CPQ, and related GTM systems, coordinating with IT, Sales Operations, Finance, and Product teams to translate business requirements into actionable roadmaps.

You will apply Agile methods across multiple Scrum teams, manage technical dependencies across CRM/ERP/EDI, and provide executive-level

Qualifications

8+ years of program or project management experience leading enterprise-scale technology programs.
Experience with CPQ, subscription management, revenue systems, SKU lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise GTM programs across SRM, SLM, CPQ, and related systems.
Translate strategy into technical roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, IT, Sales Operations, Finance, Product, and other teams.
Apply Agile methodologies across multiple Scrum teams and drive continuous delivery improvements.
Manage dependencies and integrations across CRM, CPQ, ERP, EDI, and revenue platforms.
Proactively identify risks and drive timely mitigation and decision-making.
Develop program metrics, dashboards, and executive visibility for stakeholders.
