Job summary

Everpure, part of Pentair, is seeking a Program Manager in the Digital Technology Group to lead enterprise GTM platform initiatives focused on SRM, SLM, and CPQ, partnering with IT, Sales Operations, Finance and Product.

You will drive agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams, manage technical dependencies and integrations (CRM, ERP, EDI, subscription and revenue platforms), and provide executive visibility with metrics, risk reviews, and status updates from the Santa Clara office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or project management leading enterprise-scale technology programs.
• 5+ years managing IT or business systems initiatives with GTM platforms.
• Strong understanding of CRM, CPQ, ERP, EDI and revenue platforms.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies across multiple Scrum teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PMP/SAFe a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise GTM Programs: end-to-end planning and execution across SRM, SLM, CPQ and related systems.
• Translate strategy into technical roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, IT, Sales Ops, Finance and Product.
• Orchestrate Agile execution across Scrum teams and remove blockers.
• Manage technical dependencies and integrations across CRM, CPQ, ERP, EDI, and revenue platforms.
• Manage program risk and decision-making with mitigation strategies.
• Build program insights with dashboards and executive visibility on progress and risks.
• Drive change management and adoption of new GTM capabilities.
